The recipe we’re goint to show you today became very popular one year ago, but we want to add our personal touch to it by using our flavored oils, such as our truffle flavoured beneolive or our ceramic extra virgin olive oil red line, depending on the flavor you can use any of our flavoured oils. Besides that the preparation is very simple.
The ingredients that we will use are:
Feta Cheese | 150gr |
Cherry tomato | 600gr |
Pasta | 200gr |
Garlic | 3 units |
Ground black pepper | |
Oregano | |
Fresh or dry chili flakes | |
Truffle flavoured Beneolive or Ceramic extra virgin olive oil red line |
PREPARATION
In a large glass dish, place the feta cheese in the center and the cherrys tomatoes around the feta cheese throughout the tray. Place the garlic and then cut the chilli, if it is used fresh, cut it into very small pieces, and if it is used dry then we add the chili flakes to our taste. Then add truffle flavoured beneolive or ceramic extra virgin olive oil red line.
We place the dish at half height in the oven, bake at 200 degrees for about 35 minutes with the heat up and down mode.
While this is being done, you can prepare the pasta according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
Past 35 minutes, we take the dish out from the oven and with the help of two forks, crush the cherry tomatoes and stir with the feta cheese, integrate everything well and then add the pasta to the mixture and stir, season it with the pepper and oregano or if you prefer to use fresh basil it will give it a great touch.
In this recipe we don’t add salt because the feta cheese is already salty, but if you need to add salt, it is your choice.
We will finally obtain a very simple dish to make, but with another touch of flavor because we will be using high quality olive oils to make this pasta.
